Returns & Exchanges

(Canada & USA): At this time, all orders are Final Sale. Due to the logistical complexity and high carbon footprint of shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders delivered to North America unless the item arrives damaged.

Hygiene Exception (Global): For hygiene and safety reasons, items from our 'Keeper Edit' (Earrings) collection are Final Sale globally and are not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of the delivery location.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any supporting video or photos are appreciated.
