Returns & Exchanges

Domestic Returns (India): We offer a 7-day return policy for all orders delivered within India. The return window is active for 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

International Returns (Canada & USA): At this time, all international orders (shipped outside of India) are Final Sale. Due to the logistical complexity and high carbon footprint of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders delivered to Canada or the USA unless the item arrives damaged.

Hygiene Exception (Global): For hygiene and safety reasons, items from our 'Keeper Edit' (Earrings) collection are Final Sale globally and are not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of the delivery location.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
