Joolz Co. provides specialized shipping across two primary markets:

• Domestic (India): We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days). Shipping is free for orders above ₹999. For orders below this, a flat fee of ₹99 applies.
• International (North America): We ship to the USA and Canada via premium international couriers. Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Customs: For international orders, Joolz Co. is not responsible for any destination-specific customs duties or local taxes.
